How are the ballastless tracks laid?
The ballastless tracks developed by Stabirail are assembled very simply in just a few steps. First, a concrete milling machine passes through. This machine mills the concrete rail beds with millimeter accuracy. Next, the drilling train passes to drill holes for the anchoring of the tracks. This is done with a diamond tip drill. Lastly, the anchoring train passes through. This train anchors the ballastless tracks in place and finishes the job. The advantages of this railway track construction process is that it is done very quickly, while it being very accurate.
